About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior SalesForce Engineer (CRM) who’ll be an experienced member of our Engineering team, a fully autonomous professional, responsible for improving the technical alignment, health, and engineering practices within the team in developing software within the Salesforce CRM Platform, contributing to engineering quality, coaching, and mentoring entry-level Software Engineers and demonstrate passion for your craft through user centric, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Agile DevOps: Guide engineering teams across full lifecycle development, driving continuous integration, platform reliability, resilient architecture, and Agile delivery rituals.
• Cloud-First Scalable Architecture: Architect, build, and maintain highly performant, scalable cloud-native applications aligned with modern software engineering frameworks and tech strategy.
• Secure Coding & Quality Assurance: Consistently write clean, well-tested code using secure coding practices, executing comprehensive unit, end-to-end, and regression testing protocols.
• Production Engineering & Incident Response: Troubleshoot, manage, and resolve production incidents while providing robust operational support and maintaining system resilience.
• Requirements Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to define goals, map As-Is/To-Be business processes, and mentor team members through active knowledge-sharing and code reviews.

Required Skills:

• SalesForce Architecture & Development: At least 7+ years of proven expertise building and maintaining scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Platform Events, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools (Flows, Schema Builder) across Sales, Service Cloud, or CPQ.
• Modern Engineering & Clean Code: Strong background in multiple programming languages, leveraging Design Patterns, Data Modeling, TDD/BDD, and secure coding practices to deliver high-performance software.
• CI/CD, APIs & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, API integration, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
• Production Operations & Quality Assurance: Skilled in operational on-call support, system maintenance, and end-to-end test scenario definition/execution to drive platform reliability.
• Stakeholder Facilitation & Technical Leadership: Experienced in running requirements workshops, data-driven decision-making, team mentoring, and holding some of the key Salesforce Certifications across Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator and/or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.

Desirable Skills:

• Technical Leadership & Delivery Management: Proven track record in leading engineering teams, guiding project delivery, and driving core development practices like TDD, BDD, and Clean Code.
• Full-Stack & Enterprise Engineering: Hands-on experience with modern web development (JavaScript/TypeScript) and enterprise languages such as Java or C#.
• Multi-Cloud & AWS Integration: Expertise with AWS cloud integration services, including SQS, SNS, Lambda, AppFlow, EventBridge, and CloudWatch.
• Salesforce Ecosystem Mastery: Broader expertise spanning Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge Sharing & Operational Ownership: Demonstrated initiative in mentoring peers, contributing to engineering communities of practice, and handling operational on-call duties.
