Senior SAP HCM Integration Business Analyst / Test Lead

Job Description City: Burbank, CA Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week, no flexibility) Duration: 7 Months Rate Range: Upto $96/hr on W2 Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B 2 Position- 40 hours a week,and Part- time (20 hours a week) Must Have: 7+ years of SAP ERP experience with strong SAP S/4 HR expertise SAP HCM SAP Organizational Management SAP Payroll HR technology integrations Functional requirements and solution design Functional and integration testing Test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and re-testing HR systems experience across benefits, reporting, and integrations Responsibilities: Support a high-priority enterprise HR technology initiative from discovery through implementation and Hypercare. Serve as the SAP S/4 HR functional SME. Gather and analyze business and functional requirements. Design scalable solutions for HCM, organizational management, payroll, and related integrations. Analyze system enhancement requests and integration requirements. Lead functional and integration testing activities. Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Coordinate defect tracking, resolution, and re-testing. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Partner with HR, technology, DevOps, and external vendors. Drive process improvements across HR systems and workflows. Qualifications: 7+ years of ERP and HR technology experience. Deep hands-on functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HR. Experience supporting enterprise HCM, organizational management, and payroll solutions. Experience delivering HR technology projects through requirements, design, testing, implementation, and Hypercare. Experience working with complex HR integrations and reporting. Proven experience leading complex functional analysis and solution design. Experience managing multiple workstreams within large enterprise environments. Nice to Have: Experience with benefits systems and integrations. Experience supporting large enterprise HR transformation programs. Experience working with DevOps teams and third-party technology vendors. Experience with HR product roadmaps and system optimization.
