About the Role You will step into a key role in a modern SAP S/4 environment where finance and sales processes need to stay stable while continuing to evolve. The focus is on owning and developing ERP products and business processes, making sure business needs, IT solutions, and architectural principles move in the same direction. This role combines product ownership with hands-on SAP work. You will help shape solutions across Finance and Order-to-Cash, drive improvements, and ensure new functionality follows SAP S/4 best practices and Clean Core principles. That means minimizing customizations and making smart use of standard SAP capabilities wherever possible. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners in a business-critical environment where both long-term direction and day-to-day operational quality matter. Job Description You will own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for relevant ERP areas. You will gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, and turn them into actionable requirements. You will act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping create solutions that are both usable and sustainable. You will design, configure, and implement new SAP functionality within SAP S/4. You will drive process improvements and system enhancements across finance and sales-related flows. You will contribute to testing, releases, and deployment activities to support reliable deliveries. You will take part in incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution in a business-critical ERP environment. You will collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and project teams, while ensuring alignment with architecture, governance, and business goals. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP systems in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Functional Consultant, Solution Analyst, or similar role Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO and SAP SD Experience participating in incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution in a business-critical ERP environment Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and IT organizations Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions Ability to independently drive requirements from idea through implementation and production support Experience working in agile and/or hybrid delivery environments Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse Management, and/or Finance Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Nice to have Experience implementing new ERP capabilities and process automation initiatives Experience supporting business-critical environments with high availability requirements Experience leading ERP transformation, upgrade, or migration initiatives Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks Experience working with global organizations, distributed teams, and external support partners What We Offer Permanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
