Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Country: PL City: Mierzyn We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support our Connectivity Verification teams. In this role, you will guide multiple software development and test automation teams, helping them work efficiently in a SAFe environment while contributing to innovative solutions improving the lives of people with hearing loss. Working with us, You will receive: • full-time work agreement in an international organization; • learning and development opportunities adapted to your needs and supporting your growth; • hybrid work model, combining remote work opportunities with work in an office in the Mierzyn; • flexible working hours; • Scandinavian culture – informal, focused on equality, independence, open dialog, and work-life balance; • opportunity to lead and empower highly skilled Agile teams working with cutting-edge Bluetooth and connectivity technology for hearing aids; • possibility to drive Agile transformation, foster continuous improvement, and play a key role in building a scalable SAFe setup; • Benefits package including social benefits (private medical health care, insurance, sport card, etc.) What tasks are waiting for you? • Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for several Scrum teams working in a SAFe environment. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine team backlogs, ensuring alignment with program priorities. • Promote continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing teams. • Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe principles, enabling the teams to deliver high quality incremental value. • Track and report key team performance metrics and support the teams in meeting their PI objectives. • Assist with PI Planning and contribute to alignment across the Agile Release Train. • Work closely with other Scrum Masters and RTEs to resolve cross-team dependencies. • Educate and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile and SAFe practices. • Encourage innovation, experimentation, and a fail fast approach to building MVPs. • Contribute to creating a strong leadership culture within the Connectivity area. Apply today if you: • have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1 year in a SAFe environment; • have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles; • have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; • can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments; • have experience working with test frameworks or test automation; • are fluent in English, both spoken and written. It would be nice if you: • have experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI or similar tools; • are familiar with Lean principles and continuous delivery pipelines; • have experience in Bluetooth, wireless communication, smartphone ecosystems, hearing instruments, or embedded devices; • hold a degree in computer science or a related field.
