Job Summary: As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will lead the design and development of critical systems, influence technical strategy, and drive engineering excellence across the team. Duties & Responsibilities: Build scalable, high-performance systems. Lead technical design discussions and code reviews. Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams. Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education & Experience: 5–8 years of software development experience. Expertise in technologies (C#, Typescript, React or another SPA framework, SQL). Proven track record of delivering complex software systems. Expertise in system architecture and design. Delivers high quality software leveraging expertise and tools such as GitHub copilot Strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred Certifications:?
