We're offering an exciting opportunity to join Every as a Senior SEA Manager (m/f/d) , where you'll be embedded in a supportive team environment and make a real, measurable impact from day one. We're looking for a hands-on, results-oriented individual who knows Google Ads inside and out - someone who loves digging into campaign performance, testing new approaches, and turning data into impact. Your responsibilities Own Google Media Buying end-to-end, campaign management, performance measurement and optimisation across Search (brand & non-brand), Performance Max, Shopping, DemandGen, YouTube and Microsoft Ads Build and continuously improve account structures, bidding strategies, and campaign setups Drive search query mining, keyword expansion, and audience strategy Increase Google channel efficiency and incrementality within our broader channel mix Own feed optimization and maintain a strong testing culture through structured A/B experiments Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within Google's ecosystem Potentially take on SEO and agentic GEO responsibilities What you bring 5-7+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with deep knowledge of campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and Quality Score levers Proven experience managing six-figure monthly budgets in a fast-paced environment Confident and decisive with performance data - you diagnose issues, act independently, and consistently deliver against KPIs Solid understanding of tracking, conversion setup, and feed health management Proficient in English; German is a plus Based in Berlin with a hybrid working setup Nice to Have Hands-on experience scaling YouTube campaigns efficiently Experience with/or interest in SEO and GEO What we offer A high-impact role with real ownership of a key growth channel A hybrid working model with a beautiful office in Kreuzberg A collaborative, international team with a passion for digital growth Exposure to the full creative and strategic side of performance marketing A hybrid working model with a beautiful office in Kreuzberg Free lunches at the office 30% employee discount on Every products Subsidised Deutschlandticket and Urban Sports Club membership 30 days of annual leave Next steps Don't tick every box?
