🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer to take ownership of enterprise platform architecture and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine hands-on development with strategic architecture, with a strong focus on maximizing out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and delivering scalable, well-governed solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow architecture, standards, and best practices

• Lead development across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, and CSM

• Maximize use of OOTB capabilities and extend only when necessary

• Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub

• Own CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM alignment

• Develop workflows, automations, and reusable components

• Mentor developers and guide distributed delivery teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions

• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and governance

• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards

🧠 Required Skills

Must-have:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• Professional English fluency (written and spoken)

• 7+ years of overall IT experience

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Proven experience as Architect or Lead on enterprise ServiceNow implementations

• Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Glide API)

• ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

• CMDB, Asset Management (HAM/SAM Pro)

• IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal / UI Builder

• REST/SOAP integrations and API design

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
