About the role:
We are looking for a
high-level professional
who can independently manage the social media presence of multiple brands, specializing in premium video production and content creation.
Our ideal candidate would have:
Proven experience managing social media accounts across all major platforms.
Exceptional skills in
video editing
, motion graphics, and animation.
Advanced use of
AI tools
for content creation, video editing, and creative optimization.
Ability to develop original content concepts, innovative formats, and effective editorial strategies.
Strong graphic design skills and an excellent aesthetic sense.
Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Native/Fluent Italian AND English (written and spoken) IS A MUST; Spanish is considered a strong plus.
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the availability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

Previous experience in the medical, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or longevity industries.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality videos, reels, and successful social media campaigns.
Compensation
The collaboration will initially be
project-based
, with the following rates:
€50 for each edited video
€20 for each static social media post
For the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a
long-term monthly collaboration
, with compensation reviewed based on performance, reliability, and workload.
