WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Senior Software and Robotics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of software for next-generation robotic warehouse automation systems. In this role, you will design and implement software that powers industrial robotic arms, enabling efficient, reliable, and scalable warehouse operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, develop, and maintain software for industrial robotic warehouse systems.
• Implement business logic and control software for robotic arm operations.
• Develop robotics applications using Python and ROS.
• Integrate robotic systems with other software components and automation platforms.
• Design, test, and optimize robotic workflows for performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and robotics-related issues.
• Lead technical initiatives and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
• Collaborate with software, robotics, and automation engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of robotics concepts related to programming industrial robotic arms.
• Hands-on experience programming industrial robots.
• Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS).
• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications using Docker.
• Ability to independently lead technical projects from design through delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
