Join us in building next-generation observability solutions that power reliable and scalable digital experiences. As a Software Engineer, you will own key components of application development, from design and implementation to continuous improvement and innovation. Working alongside talented engineers, product teams, and stakeholders, you will leverage cloud-native technologies, automation, and modern software engineering practices to create high-quality, resilient, and impactful solutions. Design, develop, and enhance scalable cloud-native software solutions and observability platform capabilities using modern architectures, technologies, and engineering best practices. Own end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents, and drive improvements in application reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes-based solutions to improve engineering efficiency and product quality. Leverage AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer effectiveness. Collaborate with architects, area product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions while driving technical excellence in Agile/Scrum environments. You have: Engineering Degree with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native, distributed software systems using Golang and microservices-based architectures. Hands-on experience building cloud-native microservices and distributed systems using Kubernetes and containerization technologies. Proficiency in designing and developing scalable backend services, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms. Experience with observability and monitoring technologies, including telemetry collection, metrics, logging, tracing, and troubleshooting large-scale systems, will certainly be an advantage. Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, Helm, and container-based deployment pipelines. Nice to have: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong collaboration, technical ownership, and problem-solving skills; exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus. Full Stack development experience using ReatJS will be an advantage.
