Senior Software Developer (.NET) 🚀 Join our Gdańsk team as a Senior .NET Developer! Help modernize asset finance solutions for top Nordic car brands. Work with Azure, C#, and a collaborative team driving real business impact. Build core financial solutions used across the Nordics Join Banqsoft’s Asset Finance team in Gdańsk and help develop and modernise solutions powering financing for vehicles, equipment, and other assets used by leading Nordic brands. What you’ll own Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C# / .NET Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and product teams to deliver business-critical functionality Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices Participate in code reviews and actively improve code quality Work in an international environment, contributing to shared product goals Help solve technical challenges and support continuous improvement of the platform What we’re looking for 4+ years of experience with C# / .NET development (backend or fullstack) Strong communication skills in English and Polish Solid understanding of software development principles and engineering practices Ownership mindset and ability to collaborate across teams Nice to have Experience with REST, Git, Azure DevOps, SQL Server / T-SQL Interest in fintech, banking, or financial systems Interest in AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot) Location & setup Gdańsk (hybrid): 3 days office / 2 days remote .
