In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and modernizing our enterprise Content Management System platform, shaping how global audiences interact with our digital brand. Working alongside cross-functional web teams, you'll have the opportunity to architect headless integrations and refine digital architectures that keep our online experience performant and secure. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Platform Architecture & Development: Drive the end-to-end implementation of Sitecore solutions, translating complex business requirements into clean, scalable, and high-performing code. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, and marketing stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals and ensure smooth frontend/backend integrations. Standards & Governance: Maintain high-quality engineering standards by enforcing code reviews, robust security protocols, data privacy regulations, and platform compliance guidelines across all digital properties. Platform Optimization: Architect APIs, optimize website performance, and troubleshoot complex platform issues within an agile development workflow. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a dedicated focus on enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS). Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM/XP platforms (including Sitecore 10+), Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, and modern composable architectures (Sitecore XM Cloud, React, or Next.js). Proven ability in leading technical troubleshooting, website performance optimization, API architecture, and mentoring mid-level developers within an agile environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Sitecore Developer Certification is highly desirable. Category: Information Technology
