Senior Software Engineer

You’ll be working on interesting engineering problems, building AI systems that people actually use, and seeing the impact of what you ship. The product is already established, the mission is clear, and they’re now looking for someone to help take the technology to the next stage.

This isn’t a role for someone who just wants “AI” on their CV.

They’re looking for a strong software engineer who can take a messy problem, figure out the right approach and turn it into reliable, scalable software.

The key thing is being able to move beyond the prototype stage. You’ll need to understand how to build things properly, make sensible technical decisions and get software into production. You’ll also have plenty of ownership. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, help shape the technical direction and have a real say in how the product develops.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building with LLMs, RAG or other AI tooling
• Good SQL and API knowledge
• The ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical people
