Senior Software Engineer, AI-Assisted Financial Systems

Your job is "Help the AI to help the company!" **Role Overview:** We’re hiring a hands-on technical generalist to help enterprise customers turn AI workflows into working production systems. This is the next version of Solutions Engineering: part customer-facing technical partner, part infrastructure/debugging specialist, part AI-agent operator. AI will do more of the raw implementation work; your job is to steer it, validate it, integrate it, and make sure the customer outcome actually works. * **Direct the AI:** Operate as the project leader where AI is your primary workforce. You will break down complex problems, provide the necessary context, and iterate with the AI to achieve perfection. * **Validate and Orchestrate:** Validate the architectural, security, and performance decisions generated by AI agents for our secure payment systems. * **Multi-Disciplinary Generalist:** Flex across domains (backend, infrastructure, fintech logic).
