Senior Software Engineer (Coating Machine Software)

By ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technologies (SMT) , you will be responsible for high-quality software development as part of a well-functioning agile team, review code commits, mentor junior colleagues, design and implement CI/CD p ipelines , and collaborate closely with the software architect , requirements - and other senior software engineer. The role of Senior Software Engineer will involve: Develop high-quality software solution as part of a well-functioning agile team ; Review code commits ; M entor for junior colleagues ; D esign and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps ; Technical alignment with stakeholders and architects ; W ork together closely with software architect s, requirement - and software enginee rs . Your Experience A degree in business information technology or a comparable qualification ; Confident handling of C# and .NET 8 and above ; Confident handling of WPF ; Experience in modular software design and/or plugin-architecture is beneficial; Experience using WCF and GraphQL f r amework s is beneficial ; OOP , SOLID principles , s oftware design patterns ( GoF ) . It would be desirable if you had: System thinking mindset : able to understand and implement complex plugin-like software architectures; Good command on English and/or German both written and spoken.
