English is the official language of the company; we have mates from other countries inside our teams sometimes or we call to synchronise with team from other locations. Being able to communicate fluently in English is a must. These are some of the technologies, frameworks & practices we use: Kotlin, Java 8+, Python React Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana AWS (S3, SNS, SQS, RDS), Terraform, Git, Scrum, Code reviews, AI Tools Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline is a minimum 8+ years of experience in software development Expertise in Java 8+ or Kotlin Spring Framework, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Oracle AWS (S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, IAM) Ability of designing and operating microservices and event-driven architectures DevOps mindset with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) Applies testing pyramid principles and demonstrates strong quality ownership Applies DDD and SOLID in practice Comfortable working across all stages of SDLC Enjoying the philosophy of " you build it, you run it " Good command of English (min.
