In the Workflows pod, we handle complexity at scale through automated workflows and orchestrated processes that turn manual chaos into repeatable excellence. What will you be doing? Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap , turning rough specs into features that we can leverage to automate processes. Find elegant solutions to usability problems. Ramp on new web technologies that will make Front better. What skills and experience do you need? Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience. Experience working on complex software systems. Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones, e.g. Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React. Understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions when solving a problem, value pragmatism over idealism. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. Full professional English proficiency. Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
