What You’ll Do

• Conduct live technical interviews with software engineering candidates across the globe.
• Evaluate candidates’ coding ability, problem-solving approach, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
• Deliver a professional, engaging, and unbiased interview experience.
• Prepare detailed and objective technical evaluation reports after each interview.
• Collaborate with internal quality and calibration programs to maintain consistent interview standards.
• Continuously improve your interviewing skills through training and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (excluding internships).
• Strong programming expertise in at least one of:
• Java
• Python
• Ruby
• Experience building backend or backend-heavy full-stack applications.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Object-Oriented Programming
• System Design fundamentals
• Software Engineering best practices
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and professional home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience conducting technical interviews.
• Experience mentoring engineers or reviewing code.
• Experience building scalable backend systems.
• Exposure to distributed systems or cloud-based applications.
• Passion for hiring and engineering excellence.
