Responsibilities Identify and shape new technical opportunities and architectures that expand how Code Metal’s technology is applied in real-world systems for government and commercial users. Rapidly investigate new technical domains and evaluate alternative solution paths through analysis, trade studies, and feasibility assessments. Translate ambiguous problems into credible technical approaches, system concepts, and proposal content. Lead the execution of proof-of-concept (PoC) system designs, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders on scoping and providing technical judgment throughout Find opportunities to showcase product differentiators when building solutions and PoCs for customers Work across engineering, research, product, and growth teams. Requirements Strong background in computer science, systems engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field. Ability to quickly learn about unfamiliar domains and synthesize new technical information. Experience working with customers to create solutions and execute successful proofs of concept. Strong analytical thinking and problem decomposition skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to technical proposals. Self-starter with an ability to operate independently.
