Senior Solutions Engineer Partner with our Sales team as a Senior Solutions Engineer, turning complex SAP technical challenges into clear business value for Enterprise clients across the US. The Opportunity Basis Technologies is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in closing deals alongside our Sales teams, translating complex technical challenges into clear business value for our Enterprise clients. You will work closely with our Direct and Partner Sales teams throughout the sales cycle, using deep technical expertise to uncover pain points, demonstrate value, and build the credibility that gets deals across the line. In this role, you can expect to: Work alongside our Direct and Partner Sales teams to develop and deliver expert technical solutions to prospective Enterprise clients Develop, build and maintain relationships with external technical stakeholders Use discovery calls to understand pain points, demonstrate the value of our solution, and translate technical pain into business value Build and deliver product demonstrations tailored to the needs of each prospective client Develop a deep understanding of our product, its uses and capabilities, to address queries throughout the sales cycle Is this opportunity for you? To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success: Experience in Enterprise software sales, with an understanding of sales methodology and Enterprise sales cycles Demonstrable experience executing technical due diligence, uncovering pain points that drive value statements and ROI for technology platforms Experience collaborating with technical and commercial departments to build a value proposition and articulate measurable value of the technology Experience creating custom and vertical demonstrations that address specific competency areas and illustrate value beneath the numbers Strong communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects, CIOs, Platform Executives, Security Executives and Business Executives The ability to translate technical and business pain points into business value Desirable skills: Understanding of SAP migration paths, overall SAP strategy and architecture Experience working with partners or Channel Sales, including recruiting and closing deals alongside partners What we do We enable every SAP-run business to manage change intelligently, no matter how complex their technology landscape.
