We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Taiwan to work with enterprise customers and prospects across the region. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them modernize their software delivery practices across DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud-native environments, and software supply chain security. You will partner closely with Sales while also collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other technical teams across JFrog. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with customer-facing experience and enjoys solving complex enterprise challenges, building trusted relationships, and translating technology into meaningful business outcomes. What you’ll be doing as a Senior Solutions Engineer: Partner with customers and prospects across Taiwan to understand their software delivery, DevOps, DevSecOps, and software supply chain challenges Act as a trusted technical advisor to developers, DevOps teams, security teams, architects, engineering leaders, and senior technical stakeholders Lead the technical sales cycle, from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, technical validation, proof-of-concepts, and technical win Work closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical success criteria, address customer requirements, and articulate the technical and business value of the JFrog Platform Design and demonstrate solutions across modern software delivery environments, including CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, application security, and software supply chain security Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions, technical deep dives, and executive-level presentations Help customers evaluate how JFrog integrates into their existing development, security, cloud, and DevOps ecosystems Build strong relationships with customer champions and help develop long-term technical advocates for JFrog Represent JFrog at customer events, conferences, webinars, partner engagements, and executive briefings Bring customer and market feedback back to JFrog Product and Engineering teams and help influence product direction Stay current with developments in DevOps, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, software supply chain security, and AI-assisted software development If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements below – that’s okay, nobody’s perfect! What you bring to the table: 8+ years of relevant industry experience , with significant experience across areas such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Presales, DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, cloud, or application security 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role , ideally supporting enterprise technology sales Proven ability to independently manage the technical aspects of complex enterprise sales opportunities Strong hands-on understanding of modern DevOps and software delivery practices Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Git-based workflows, build tools, and artifact/package management Experience designing, explaining, or implementing software delivery pipelines and integrating multiple tools within the software development lifecycle Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Good understanding of application security and software supply chain security concepts, including areas such as Software Composition Analysis (SCA), SBOM, container security, vulnerability management, or application security testing Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both deeply technical audiences and senior stakeholders Strong discovery, presentation, demonstration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams Native or fluent Mandarin Taiwanese and strong business English communication skills Experience working with enterprise customers in Taiwan and an understanding of the local technology ecosystem Based in Taiwan, preferably Taipei Good to have: Previous experience as a software developer, DevOps engineer, platform engineer, cloud architect, or security engineer Experience with enterprise DevOps platforms, artifact management, application security, or software supply chain technologies Experience working with large-scale enterprise development environments and complex technical architectures Familiarity with AI-assisted development and emerging concepts such as LLMs, AI coding assistants, agents, MCP, and agentic development workflows Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or technology alliances Experience presenting at technical events, customer forums, or industry conferences About JFrog: JFrog is the only end-to-end software supply chain platform that provides complete visibility, security, and control for automating the delivery of trusted releases from code to production.
