We are seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI Product Change Enablement to join our team. This role will support the enablement and ongoing adoption of various products in the GPTeal product line, with a prioritized focus on Gemini Enterprise, for all global employees. This role is pivotal in making AI accessible, practical, and impactful for employees across the enterprise. Additionally, you are responsible for keeping our employees at the center, being user obsessed, to ensure we are meeting our users where they are, providing value and clarity on bringing AI and our ecosystem of tools into their day to day work. What will you do in this role Support the execution and roll out of GPTeal Gemini Enterprise and GPTeal product line, including various engagement activities such as challenges, community engagement, micro-learnings, new features and capability onboarding, content creation, change management frameworks, and adoption roadmaps. Conduct change assessments, providing insights and actions to drive adoption and value via relevant and impactful enablement programs. Co-design and implement change enablement programs and activities for prioritized products, guiding enterprise employees to apply and incorporate AI capabilities into their daily roles and workflows. Provide dedicated support to our communities and Gemini Influencer Network program, delivering a white glove service model that keeps champions engaged, triages any issues, and optimizes ways of working to ensure a long-term, valuable Influencer program that drives ongoing adoption across the company. Develop multi-channel communications that drive ongoing awareness, usage, and application of prioritized AI tools. Content Creation: Maintain existing and develop new content for user onboarding, knowledge management, and training resources including but not limited to cheat sheets, how-to guides, capability videos, FAQs, infographics, toolkits, walking decks, digital signage and more. Support management of product resource hubs ensuring content remains updated, relevant and published in a timely manner. Monitor Viva Engage community, responding to posts, questions and concerns related to any change enablement activities and resources. Support in the ongoing maintenance and updates of Change Enablement SOPs, ensuring new team members are onboarded and all dependent stakeholders of these SOPs are aware and adhering to all SOPs. Track change enablement KPIs, report findings, and provide action plans based on learnings. Serve as a primary connector between Change enablement team, product team and the dedicated product managers, other AI product teams, business units, and learning and development, translating capabilities into practical, day-to-day use for employees. Support virtual and in-person hands-on workshops and onboarding programs that advance our employees' use of AI technology into workflows, supporting employees across all levels, time zones, and various lines of business. Program Coordination & Alignment: Support in the day-to-day project management and operations of the global AI Change Enablement team, ensuring all team members remain aligned, coordinated, plans and deliverables are synced across workstreams for more effective execution. Use Gemini Enterprise and other AI tools in your day to day work, uncovering new possibilities and being a change catalyst for both the program team and users showcasing opportunities and ‘aha’ moments inspiring ongoing tool experimentation. Report to the Associate Director, Product Change Enablement, supporting the execution of day-to-day product change strategy. Stay current on emerging AI trends, concepts, particularly in Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot. What should you have Required: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in change management, digital transformation, organizational effectiveness, business process improvement, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of organizational change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent). Avid user of AI and familiarity with hyperautomation technologies, such as RPA, Intelligent Automation, and related tools. Experience developing executive communications and stakeholder engagement strategies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. User driven mindset & focus (i.e. customer obsessed) Facilitation & communication skills to work across all levels in the organization Work well with peers, and superiors in all departments as well as external contacts Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools. Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
