As a Senior Specialist Content Support, you will help bring work to life that aligns with Brand Platforms & Openings priorities by creating clear communications, coordinating key deliverables, supporting live and virtual events, and maintaining the tools and documentation that keep workstreams organized and moving forward. Reporting to the Director of Design, Messaging and Workshops, you will contribute to projects across communications, events, process management, and content delivery. You will bring strong organization and project coordination skills, experience with email marketing platforms such as Eloqua, comfort working with Excel data files, and the skill to proactively manage stakeholders by anticipating needs, surfacing risks early, and helping teams maintain momentum. What you'll do during a typical day: Support the Director, Design, Messaging and Workshops with communication delivery, live learning events, and project coordination aligned to our priorities. Develop and execute internal and external communications across channels, including Eloqua emails, presentations, newsletters, and in-application messaging. Partner with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and vendors to create data-driven messaging that supports important initiatives, drives performance, and keeps partners informed of progress, risks, and dependencies. Create scalable templates, resources, communication processes, and event workflows that align with enterprise design standards and drive consistency, usability, and efficiency. How you'll collaborate with others: Partner with Brand Platforms and Openings leaders to support deliverables, share progress, and prepare work for review and approval. Support the Director of Design, Messaging and Workshops in executing strategies aligned with performance, compliance, brand standards, and owner profitability. Collaborate with Brand Management Americas subject matter experts to develop and deliver targeted communications, resources, and project materials. Coordinate with enterprise partners and initiative owners to gather input, agree on communication needs, and support execution. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Develop customized communications that use storytelling, performance insights, and clear calls to action to help stakeholders understand and act on key initiatives, compliance requirements, and brand standard priorities. Plan and coordinate in-market live learning events by managing hotel RFPs and rate proposals, securing contracts, meeting space, food and beverage, and learning materials, and ensuring each event is on time, accurate, budget-conscious, and ready for facilitator-led delivery. What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Two (2) years of copywriting, content development, or business communications experience Two (2) years of experience coordinating projects or events, and supporting cross-functional initiatives Experience developing enterprise-aligned communications, templates, or resources via Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance efficiencies across workstreams Travel up to 10% Hybrid schedule from Memphis, TN It would be useful if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Event Management, or a related field Experience in hospitality or similar industry with multiple stakeholder groups Experience with email marketing platforms (Eloqua or similar platforms) Experience using creative language for communications tailored to different audience types Experience leveraging data insights to tell compelling stories and communicate key findings to stakeholders How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $60,000 – $85,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
