Senior Specialist IT Consulting (m/f/x)

Become a key member of our CRM Services – Customer Communication team, enabling international trading companies to strengthen customer engagement through advanced CRM platforms, data integration, and personalized communication strategies. As a Senior Specialist Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving strategic initiatives, shaping solution designs, and ensuring successful delivery of customer-focused digital capabilities.

You will play a leading role in transforming business requirements into scalable solutions while supporting the evolution of our CRM ecosystem and customer communication platforms.

• Lead international CRM-related initiatives and projects from concept through implementation and rollout.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, trading companies, and technical teams, ensuring alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
• Analyse, challenge, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including business analysis, solution design, implementation support, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions across multiple countries and business units.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation within the CRM landscape.
• Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and tender assessments to support technology selection and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, data governance principles, and customer engagement strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices within the organization.
  
  

• Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or in a comparable project and product-focused role within an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and experience managing requirements across complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across business and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of CRM platforms and customer engagement solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Emarsys, Adobe Campaign, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of data integration concepts, customer data management, and marketing technology ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and adaptable to changing business priorities.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
