Job Opening: RPA Developer (UiPath) Location: Hyderabad, India (Fixed Role) Department: Central IT Job Type: Full-time About the Role Join our team (1x analist, 1x techlead and 1xdeveloper) as an RPA Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable UiPath solutions. You will initially work closely with our IT NL team (Business Analyst, Tech Lead, and Peer Developer) and transition into supporting our global Central Team. In this role, you will scale our automation capabilities and integrate UiPath with Google Cloud Platform and Gemini AI. Key Responsibilities UiPath Development: Build, test, document, and deploy robust UiPath software robots based on Solution Design Documents (SDD). Hybrid Flows & Innovation: Develop hybrid workflows combining standard RPA with cognitive AI services (GCP, Gemini AI) and APIs. Maintenance & Support: Provide hypercare, incident management, and proactive maintenance (updating dependencies, refactoring legacy bots). Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, build reusable components, and adhere to strict architecture standards under the Tech Lead's guidance. What We Are Looking For Certification: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory . Experience: Hands-on experience building complex UiPath bots and implementing hybrid workflows . Multiple year experience. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in UiPath, VB.NET, C#, Python, or LINQ. Location: Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad, India in a fixed role . Communication: Fluent in English (written/spoken) with strong stakeholder management skills.
