Senior Sports Business Development Partner (Freelance / Remote — Monaco & the Riviera)

If you are senior in sports business and know the right people at clubs, leagues, brands, sponsors, governing bodies or in athlete management, we would like to work with you.

North of Normal is a specialist sports creative and production agency delivering campaigns and content internationally. We work on projects ranging from €25k to €300k+, and we are looking for well-connected people who can open doors for us in Monaco and along the Riviera.

This is a commission-only arrangement with no retainer, no salary and no operational involvement. You make introductions to decision-makers you already have relationships with. We handle everything from there.

What it looks like in practice:

• You connect us with brands, clubs, sponsors, agencies or management companies in your network
• We take care of the pitch, delivery and client relationship

Commissions are uncapped and paid on every project booked.

This works best for senior people already embedded in sports business — consultants, former executives, agents, managers and commercial leads who are well connected and want a straightforward way to put that network to work alongside whatever else they are doing.
