Exciting Opportunity for Senior Statistical Programmers – Remote in Poland
Are you an experienced Statistical Programmer looking for a new challenge with a rapidly growing leader in the clinical research industry? What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 6 years’ experience in clinical trial statistical programming, with some leadership experience on projects.
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in SAS; R experience is a plus but not essential.
- Proven longevity in previous roles with commitment to long-term employment (no frequent job jumps).
- Knowledge of SDTM and ADaM datasets, validation tools, and CDISC standards.
- Experience creating define.xml files and performing QC reviews on datasets and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice To Have
- Leadership experience as a project lead or senior programmer.
- Familiarity with macro development and utilities.
- Oncology experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
- Candidates with 2.5+ years’ experience in Statistical Programming are also encouraged to apply as the team is growing and there is a more junior position available as well

- This position is fully remote, based anywhere in Poland.
- Candidates will undergo a technical assessment and panel interview.
