Senior Statistician

Senior Statistician | Global CRO | UK | Remote | Permanent

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Statistician to join a well-established global CRO, supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across international clinical development programmes.

This role is ideal for a statistician who enjoys taking ownership of studies, influencing study design and providing strategic statistical input within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statistical activities from study design through to reporting
• Develop SAPs, including statistical methodology, estimands and analysis models
• Provide statistical input into protocols, study design and sample size calculations
• Coordinate statisticians and programmers to deliver high-quality outputs
• Act as the main statistical contact for sponsors
• Support regulatory activities, audits and Data Monitoring Committees

What You Need

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Biostatistics or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial design and statistical methodology
• Experience developing SAPs and leading statistical activities
• Strong SAS and CDISC (SDTM/ADaM) knowledge
• Confident communication and client-facing skills
