As our Senior Strategist, you will lead strategy across key client relationships, pitches, campaigns, and projects.
You will work directly with clients to understand their business, identify the real challenge, and turn it into a clear strategic direction. Our clients are mostly medium- to-large international businesses and brands, and our campaigns are usually global.
You will shape briefs, develop creative territories, guide ideas, and help the team produce work that performs.
This is a hands-on role. You will not sit on the sidelines after presenting a deck. You will stay close to the work, support the team through execution, and help maintain the strategic focus from start to finish.
You will have space to lead, challenge, and influence decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading strategy across client relationships, campaigns, and new business
- Building a clear understanding of each client’s business, audience, category, and goals
- Turning complex challenges into focused strategic opportunities
- Developing brand, communication, campaign, and creative strategies
- Creating strong briefs that give creative teams direction and space
- Working closely with creatives to shape ideas from early thinking through final execution
- Challenging work constructively and protecting the strategic direction
- Presenting recommendations with confidence and persuading clients to support strong ideas
- Building rapport and trust with senior client stakeholders
- Leading client meetings, workshops, and strategic working sessions
- Supporting account and project teams with prioritisation, scope, and decision-making
- Writing clear, persuasive decks, briefs, and strategic narratives
- Helping the agency improve its strategic tools, methods, and standards
- Taking responsibility for your projects, deadlines, and communication in a remote working setup
Who we’re looking for
You are an experienced strategist who wants to take ownership of the work and play a central role in a small agency.
You enjoy working directly with clients. You know how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and make people feel confident in the direction.
You are comfortable moving between high-level thinking and practical execution.
You will bring:
- At least ten years of experience in a strategy role within an agency or in-house creative team
- Experience leading brand, communication, campaign, or creative strategy
- A record of turning business challenges into strong creative opportunities
- Strong client leadership and relationship-building skills
- The ability to persuade, influence, and defend a clear point of view
- Strong writing, deck-building, and presentation skills
- Experience working closely with creative, account, and project management teams
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how agencies operate
- The confidence to lead work without waiting for constant direction
- Strong personal organisation and a high level of responsibility
- A collaborative mindset and respect for different disciplines
- Fluency in spoken and written Danish and understanding of Danish culture is a plus
- Professional fluency in English

You must live in the Copenhagen area or within one hour of Copenhagen by car or public transport.
