The Experimentation Senior Strategist is an enterprise-impact individual contributor who drives long-term experimentation direction and influences senior leadership decisions. This role operates as a trusted advisor, shaping large-scale initiatives and advancing experimentation maturity across the organization. This role focuses on engaging workplace participants and free dashboard users to establish a relationship built on financial education, awareness, familiarity, and trust. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Influence enterprise experimentation strategy and long-term roadmap. Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with broad organizational impact. Establishes enterprise-wide approaches to customer behavior and sentiment analysis, shaping long-term strategy and developing organizational capability. Provide thought leadership on experimentation methodologies and innovation. Advise executives on experimentation insights, risks, and opportunities. Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve experimentation capabilities. Ensure experimentation approaches align with enterprise objectives. Communicate insights and recommendations at the executive level. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred). 12+ years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation. Recognized expertise in experimentation and customer analytics. Strong executive presence and influence. Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments. Comprehensive, enterprise-level understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer ecosystem, leveraging this insight to shape strategy, priorities, and long-term business outcomes.
