Senior Streetwear Designer (m/f/x) 📍 Remote within Germany | Full-Time Senior Streetwear Designer (m/f/x) 📍 Remote within Germany | Full-Time We're partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand looking for a Senior Streetwear Designer to help shape the next chapter of its creative evolution. This is an opportunity for a designer who lives and breathes streetwear culture, understands what resonates with niche communities, and wants to create designs that people genuinely identify with—not just wear. You'll join a small, highly creative team and play a key role in developing original graphics, collections, and concepts for a brand rooted in alternative culture, including influences from tattoo art, skateboarding, punk, rock, and underground fashion. What You'll Do Create original apparel graphics and collections from concept to production-ready artwork Research emerging trends across fashion, music, art, and subcultures Transform ideas into sketches, mockups, and print-ready designs Collaborate closely with design, product, marketing, and leadership teams Help evolve the brand's visual identity while introducing fresh and commercially relevant ideas Prepare artwork for various print techniques, fabrics, and production processes Contribute to a fast-paced creative environment with multiple weekly product launches What We're Looking For Experience in streetwear, apparel design, graphic fashion design, or a related field A strong portfolio showcasing your creative style and commercial awareness Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of garment production, print techniques, fabrics, and apparel workflows Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with all-over prints, patterns, or textile design Background in alternative, tattoo-inspired, gothic, punk, or skate aesthetics Experience working in fast-moving e-commerce or fashion environments What You'll Get Significant creative ownership and influence Direct collaboration with founders and decision-makers Fully remote work setup Performance-based bonus opportunities Professional development support The chance to leave your mark on a rapidly growing fashion brand ⚠️ Portfolio Required Applications without a portfolio cannot be considered.
