This role is accountable for supporting supply chain (Order Management, Warehouse and Transportation) applications, initiatives and engineering operations while also developing supply chain strategies, owning a series of applications, guiding technical decisions, and executing on technical implementation and code fixes. Responsibilities Execute development opportunities, fixes, and enhancements on new and existing Footlocker supply chain technology solutions. Own and become the point of contact for a series of Supply Chain applications/processes, projects, enhancements, operational efficiencies, and development related incidents/issues. Support both a localized, regional, and global supply chain engineering culture (support one or more locations with different technologies). Design and lead an agile based work intake, prioritization, and execution process for Supply Chain technology. Research leading-edge technologies and processes for continuous improvement and innovation. Support technology strategies and roadmaps for Supply Chain applications. Support and mentor associate supply chain engineers to work across platforms, regions, and functions. Work with internal and external development teams to execute projects, incidents, enhancements, and other activities requiring supply chain technical engineers. Lead, align, influence, and collaborate across organizational boundaries and business functions without direct authority. Execute project responsibilities, including data collection, analysis, documentation, presentation, status updates, and other relevant communication. Partner with Supply Chain analytics, warehousing, planning, and finance to regularly distill trends in the business and key metrics. Qualifications Minimum of five years of related supply chain technology experience. 5 years of experience troubleshooting and working with Manhattan applications (2012 and beyond). In-depth experience working with collaboration, technical delivery, and CI/CD tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, MIF, etc. Experience in collaborating with off-shore and on-shore development teams and across time-zone and regions. Experience with Scrum and an Agile Development environment. Ability to solve and develop against complex implementations across a series of integration platforms. Must have eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment and willing to learn new technologies and skill sets. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in managing multi-vendor ecosystems and handling conflicts and escalations. Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) experience a significant plus. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
