About Tropicana Brands Group The launch of Tropicana Brands Group represents an exciting fusion of some of the world's most beloved and up-and-coming brands in the juice category, including Tropicana, Naked, KeVita, Izze, Dole, Copella and Punica. Established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo, our new company blends the best of two worlds: one steeped in industry-leading expertise and the heritage of prestige juice brands, and another rooted in a true entrepreneurial, agile mindset. With a global footprint of more than 2,000 associates that spans North America and Europe, we are proud of our industry-leading capabilities in areas that include innovation, R&D, manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing, and nutrition expertise. The company’s focused on the vision to quench the world's thirst for more delight and nourishment, while continuing to build upon the many important diversity, sustainability, local community, and philanthropic activities that our people and brands have historically supported. Role Description: Plan national production for assigned product lines produced at co-pack sites, in a cost-effective manner. Ensure finished goods are moved to appropriate distribution points to ensure customer service goals are met. Additionally, execute other supply chain functions, such as tracking transfer orders by monitoring warehouse and transportation performance, monitoring age of products, run frequency, made-to-order management, and KPI reporting. Must become proficient with planning tools and systems. In addition, this position will monitor inventories of raw materials and finished goods at co-pack sites to ensure proper rotation, availability, and inventory levels. The flow of materials through the system is complex, the projects are innovative, and the processes for reporting and planning are evolving, which requires a person with strong analytical abilities as well as the ability to work effectively cross-functionally across organizations to ensure material availability, freshness, and accountability. Lead waste mitigation efforts and special projects for assigned product categories. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the Supply Planning of assigned product lines. Effectively utilize the IBP Planning Model to generate timely finished goods production plans. These production plans must be communicated to co-pack sites so they can execute semi-finished and finished goods production. Shares in the responsibility to ensure key business objectives — customer fill rate, waste reduction, and on-time delivery — are met. Leverages SAP IBP planning tools in conjunction with additional reports and dashboards. Able to work through difficult supply/service situations and projects with Supply Chain and cross-functional partners. Closely monitor replenishment plans for the effective and timely launch of new products and promotional initiatives. This includes working with planners, transportation, warehousing, project managers, integration, contract manufacturing managers, brand marketing, commercial, and others. Provide additional ad hoc support for finished goods planning and maintaining appropriate inventory levels across all distribution centers. Coordinate with MRP Planners on production changes to ensure proper material requirements are met. Participate in Innovation calls and ensure proper setup on new items. Support new product introductions, product discontinuances, and other special projects. Develop, standardize, and improve stale processes and reporting. Eventually, become a Super User for Supply Planning. Clearly present and influence issues, solution execution, results, and other topics to leaders across multiple functions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning. Proactive mentality and risk mitigation mindset Able to build relationships and extend influence over cross-functional operations teams. Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills. Ability to develop leadership, analytical, and fact-based decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated knowledge of materials requirements planning, manufacturing planning, ingredient specification, warehousing, transportation, and purchasing business functions. Ability to lead projects; influence key collaborator’s; manage large sets of data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production and distribution cost structure is required to support effective decision making. Commitment to high service levels is critical. Must communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to succeed. Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $97,000.00
