Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field At least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials At least 3–5 years experience in systems analysis role Experience working with third-party managed services Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) Familiarity with cloud applications and ERP architectures Understanding of SDLC, data modeling, and system integration Knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting tools Soft Skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams Client-oriented mindset and results-driven approach Tools/Software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Oracle Fusion Financials (OCI, BI Publisher, SOACS, Datamart) ERP tools and reporting platforms Process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, System Architect) 💼 How can you contribute to the team? About the Role: The Senior Systems Analyst (ERP Financials) is responsible for defining system requirements, analyzing system problems, and supporting Oracle ERP Financials initiatives. The role includes collaboration with third-party managed services providers in delivering production support, enhancements, and testing activities. The role supports the team in improving business processes and aligning IT solutions with organizational needs through innovation, integration, and efficiency. Scope of Work/Responsibilities Systems Analysis & Design Define system requirements and analyze system issues Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications Perform system design aligned with business requirements Develop architecture diagrams and integration flows • Ensure ERP system functionality meets enterprise needs. ERP Financials Support Support Oracle ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) Manage ERP users, configurations, and documentation Perform report writing, query development, and data extraction Maintain ERP system documentation and training materials Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work with business users to gather and validate requirements Coordinate with third-party managed services for support and enhancements Facilitate communication between business and technical teams Assist in UAT coordination and QA processes Process Improvement & Governance Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Support business case preparation and change request Ensure alignment with SDLC and project management practices. Reporting & Data Analysis Conduct data analysis and ensure data integrity Support reporting and analytics initiatives Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports where applicable Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Prepare business and technical documentation Maintain process flows, DFDs, ERDs, and architecture diagrams Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions Work Arrangement Hybrid, requiring contractors to report onsite at least once a month. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 1 day, compliance is mandatory. Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
