Job Details: Salary Range: £36,363 - £38,220 per annum Work Location: HIWFRS HQ, Eastleigh Hours per week: 37 Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 9 August 2026 Interview Date: w/c 17 August 2026 The Role: As an ICT Systems Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of supporting and enhancing a range of critical systems, acting as the go-to expert for the technologies that keep the Service running effectively. You’ll tackle complex 3rd line issues, work closely with internal and external customers, and help shape system improvements by gathering requirements and driving valuable enhancements. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions, support remote teams, and deliver an excellent standard of user support, all while ensuring systems remain aligned with legislation and Service policies.
