Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract-to-Hire) | Fully Remote

My client, a well-established and rapidly growing SaaS organization, is looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, high-performing TA function during an exciting phase of growth and expansion.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven track record of recruiting Sales professionals across a range of seniority levels
• Previous experience within a SaaS business is highly preferred
• Ideally, experience recruiting for organizations with approximately 500–1,500 employees

The Opportunity:

• Initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of converting to a permanent position
• Fully remote position
