🎯 About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Consultant to support a portfolio of RPO clients. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for an experienced agency recruiter who thrives on managing multiple vacancies, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and clients
• Source, attract and assess high-quality candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Deliver against hiring targets, SLAs and KP
• Provide market insight and recruitment advice.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve delivery

👤 About You

Essential

• 3+ years' agency recruitment experience.
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across different disciplines
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• RPO or embedded recruitment experience
• Client-facing or account management experience
• Experience with Loxo or another ATS/CRM
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
