Lead a talent team and shape contemporary, customer-focused recruitment across a diverse NSW Government department Clerk Grade 9/10 role with a salary range of $133,348–$146,945 per annum, plus superannuation and leave loading Full-time ongoing opportunity based in Sydney CBD, with hybrid working arrangements available subject to operational needs About the Role This is an opportunity to lead from the front and help shape how we attract, assess and engage great people across the Department. As Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead and develop a team delivering high-quality end-to-end recruitment services, while acting as a trusted adviser to leaders and hiring managers across a diverse and complex organisation. You will bring deep talent acquisition expertise, strong people leadership and the confidence to provide practical, solutions-focused advice. You will champion continuous improvement, strengthen governance and compliance, and create a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and your team. If you are an experienced talent leader who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and turning good recruitment practice into great service, we would love to hear from you. About You You are a credible and engaging leader who combines sound judgement with a strong service mindset.
