Vacancy Location UK-Remote Job Profile Senior Talent Partner e.surv Chartered Surveyors The Opportunity At e.surv, we know that great recruitment is about far more than filling vacancies. We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our high-performing Recruitment Team and play a key role in identifying, attracting and securing exceptional talent across our business. From specialist surveyors and emerging talent through to head office and technical professionals, you'll help shape the future capability of one of the UK's leading residential surveying businesses. You'll: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities and workforce challenges. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, talent mapping and direct sourcing. Deliver outstanding candidate experiences from first conversation through to onboarding. Provide market intelligence, competitor insight and recruitment advice to business leaders. Support recruitment campaigns across multiple business functions. Influence hiring decisions through strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management. Mentor and support other team members, sharing knowledge and best practice. Contribute to employer branding, attraction campaigns and referral initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring outcomes. What We're Looking For We're interested in recruiters who combine commercial awareness with genuine curiosity about people. You'll ideally bring: Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities. Significant in-house or agency recruitment experience. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. A proactive approach to sourcing and headhunting talent. First class candidate assessment and interviewing capability. The ability to identify potential beyond what's written on a CV. Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Confidence influencing managers and challenging constructively where required. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A passion for delivering exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers alike. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will be someone who: Builds trusted relationships across the business. Creates talent pipelines rather than waiting for applications. Understands the difference between a good candidate and the right candidate. Spots opportunities and risks before they become problems. Uses insight and market knowledge to influence better hiring decisions. Takes pride in helping people build successful careers. Why e.surv? At e.surv, people make the difference. You'll join a collaborative team that genuinely values expertise, innovation and continuous improvement. We invest in developing our people, embrace new ways of working and give our recruitment professionals the freedom to think creatively, build relationships and make a measurable impact. If you're passionate about talent, enjoy building meaningful connections and want to play a key role in shaping the future of our business, we'd love to hear from you.
