About the Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a key role in helping our global organization attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent. As part of the People & Culture team, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple business functions to develop hiring strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and build scalable recruitment processes. In addition to leading global recruitment, you will support core People Operations initiatives that ensure an efficient and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic recruiting with operational excellence and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Global Talent Acquisition Lead full cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Source, engage, and assess high quality talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms. Conduct structured recruiter interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, motivation, and cultural alignment. Guide hiring teams through the selection process and provide market insights and hiring recommendations. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow up. Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring performance and decision making. Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring documentation. Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and recruiter productivity. People Operations Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth and successful start. Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal mobility, role changes, and offboarding. Maintain People and Culture trackers, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Assist with reporting, compliance documentation, and internal audits. Partner with the People & Culture team to improve HR processes through automation and scalable workflows. Support People & Culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational excellence. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within a global or remote organization. Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles. Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify trends. Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in SaaS, technology, AdTech, or another high growth environment. Experience implementing recruitment process improvements and workflow automation.
