We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP What you would be doing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source and engage candidates through multiple channels Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives What you will bring along: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus Key Competencies Strong execution and organizational skills Proactive sourcing mindset Stakeholder communication and coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
