I the role as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Employees & Freelancers) you will help CNT growing in Belgium, secure SAP talent and supporting business through employee hiring and freelancer staffing. Your Tasks: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for SAP professionals in Belgium, from sourcing and interviewing to contract negotiation and onboarding. Identify, attract and qualify highly skilled SAP freelancers and contractors for project assignments across our international markets. Build and maintain a sustainable network of freelance consultants, candidates, recruiting partners and industry contacts. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies and staffing requirements. Create compelling job profiles and target-group-specific job advertisements to attract top talent. Actively source candidates and freelancers through LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals and additional recruiting channels. Match exxternal consultants to project demands and checking availability, rates and expertise. Manage communication with candidates, freelancers and external partners throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Support employer branding activities and represent CNT at career fairs, networking events and recruiting initiatives. Continuously optimize recruiting processes, sourcing strategies and talent acquisition activities based on market trends and business needs. Your Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or executive search, ideally within SAP, IT or consulting environments. Experience in recruiting and managing freelance consultants, contractors or external specialists is highly desirable. Good understanding of the Belgium recruitment market. Especially for IT, SAP and cosnulting profiles. Hands-on experience in Active Sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruiting platforms. Experience with applicant-tracker tools. pipeline reporting and recruitment KPIs. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Interest in SAP, ERP, cloud transformation or IT consulting is considered a strong advantage. A proactive, solution-oriented and service-minded working style. Passion for networking and building sustainable talent communities. University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification.
