To learn more about who we are visit https://www.castlemain.com/ As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support Castlemain's recruitment and workforce needs across Canada with a particular focus on building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, employment networks, educational institutions, and community partners. Working as part of the People Team, this role will support recruitment across Castlemain, including proactive sourcing and outreach for Claims Helper, project, corporate, and emerging roles. This is a full-time, permanent position offered on a remote basis. About the Opportunity: Build and maintain respectful relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, employment and training programs, educational institutions, and community partners across Canada. Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates for current and anticipated workforce needs. Support recruitment activities from initial sourcing and application through interview, selection, and offer. Maintain accurate and current recruitment numbers, vacancies, and hiring progress to support effective recruitment planning and decision-making. Support high-volume recruitment initiatives and emerging project workforce requirements. About You: You bring 4-6 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, community engagement, employment services, workforce development, or a related area. Demonstrated experience building relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, employment networks, educational institutions, or community partners. Understanding of respectful and culturally informed engagement with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples and organizations. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage respectfully with candidates, community partners, hiring managers, and leaders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a changing and project-based environment. Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally safe recruitment practices are considered an asset. Fluency is French is considered an asset. Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check as a condition of employment. Compensation: Starting annual compensation of $55,500-$77,000 plus rewarding benefits package. The offered compensation will take into account the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
