About the role (your why) Lead a talented accounting team to deliver accurate, timely monitoring, preparation, and analysis of financial information and documentation for our accounting service. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on accounting, overseeing reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and month-end close while resolving complex queries and variances. You will champion compliant, best-practice accounting principles, strengthen internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable informed business decisions. What you’ll bring CA or CPA Qualification is a MUST Experience Managing and leading a high performing team Experience influencing stakeholders through challenging situations Previous involvement in the implementation of a new accounting system or management and evolution of an existing system Ability to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Ability to frequently interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members Strong system skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise resource planning software (ERP) Working knowledge of Oracle or a similar sized ERP system Advanced Excel skills What You’ll Do Record-2-Report activities Managing a team ensuring accounting services deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner Preparation and review of financial documents, reports and information including conducting any analyses’ and resolving any variances Collaborating with the Accounting team in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities Supporting the preparation of accounting records and financial reports as per Datacom standards Performing month-end close activities. Generating and maintaining general ledgers and any adjustments Assisting with annual audit preparations Ensuring all accounting tasks are completed within the set timeframe and any issues addressed as they arise Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance Why Join Us?
