They are under a contibuous growth and are in the lookout for a Senior Talent Professional Mission: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional, you will lead strategic hiring initiatives that align with Company's technology growth, culture and business goals. Reporting directly to the COO, you will act as a strategic talent partner, influence workforce planning across the organisation, and build talent pipelines for both technical and cross‑functional roles. This role requires strong business acumen, perseverance and a broader understanding of technology challenges. The long-term aspiration of this role is to evolve into a Human Resources Business Partner for the Services and Sales divisions, contributing directly to business growth and transforming HR from a cost centre into a value-adding, growth-enabling function. Your success will depend largely on your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on mid/senior tech and tech sales roles. Work closely with Tech Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, and the Leadership Team to understand business needs and hiring priorities. Participate actively in workforce strategy design, supporting short- and mid-term growth plans. Lead sourcing activities, using advanced tools and proactive search techniques for hard-to-fill roles. Support managers with talent mapping, market insights, and hiring recommendations. Contribute to building a recruitment function that supports scalability, quality, and speed. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of technology concepts (e.g. cloud platforms, software engineering, databases, data engineering, automation). 5–8 years of experience in tech recruitment prefereably in an agency Proven experience in sourcing, including hands-on use of relevant tools and platforms. Exposure to challenging or niche hiring cases. University degree; postgraduate studies are considered an asset. Nice to Have Experience in a services delivery or consulting organisation. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex hiring processes.
