Your job As a Senior Technical Analyst, Integrations Delivery, you will help enterprise customers implement Indeed-built ATS Sync integrations across key strategic ATS partners, including SAP, Workday, Oracle, and iCIMS. You will partner closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to guide implementations from planning and configuration through testing, launch, and transition to ongoing support. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical partner to customer Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, and IT teams, helping them align integration capabilities to their recruiting workflows, business objectives, and technical requirements. You will combine technical expertise, project coordination, and customer-facing communication to drive smooth implementations, resolve issues efficiently, and support scalable onboarding experiences that improve long-term customer success. Who you are Serve as the ATS Sync subject matter expert for Indeed-built integrations, with deep expertise in SAP and Workday integrations. Guide enterprise customers through end-to-end ATS Sync implementations, managing project plans, technical milestones, and successful deployment. Partner with Sales, Client Success, Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, and IT teams to align integration solutions with customer business goals and recruiting workflows. Advise customers on integration configuration, validation, testing, and best practices while translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Troubleshoot implementation and post-launch integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions and exceptional customer support. Ensure a seamless transition of successfully implemented customers to Customer Success for ongoing support and long-term success. Capture implementation insights and collaborate with Product, Strategy, and cross-functional teams to improve integrations, documentation, workflows, and onboarding scalability. Who we are Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience. Experience supporting enterprise ATS platforms, including enterprise integration and technical implementation projects. Proven technical knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, XML, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, URLs, and URL parameters). Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical collaborators. Experience leading client-facing implementation engagements, facilitating technical discussions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
