Senior Technical Package Specialist (Oracle HCM)

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Package Specialist to support the implementation of an Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics strategy as part of a large-scale Oracle HCM migration. This role focuses on Oracle reporting technologies, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), reporting migration, user support, testing, documentation, and data governance within an international HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics strategy during the migration to Oracle HCM.
• Assess existing SAP Business Objects reports and define the best migration approach using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Support business users and the HR Reporting & Analytics team with report analysis, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day usage of Oracle reporting solutions.
• Assist users with the adoption and effective use of Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) reports and dashboards.
• Gather user feedback after implementation and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Produce and maintain reporting documentation, procedures, guidelines, and design specifications in line with data governance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM reporting technologies, including OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PowerDesigner, and SAP Business Objects.
• Good understanding of data governance concepts and reporting best practices.
• Experience with report analysis, testing, functional design specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ability to support and train business users in developing and using Oracle HCM reports and FDI.
• Understanding of HR reporting concepts and personnel data, ideally within a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder support skills.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory (excellent knowledge of one language and at least good written and spoken knowledge of the other).
