About Ditto At Ditto, we're redefining digital trust. Our unified identity platform helps banks, financial institutions, governments and other regulated organisations verify identities, prevent fraud and deliver secure digital experiences through identity verification, authentication, passwordless access and mobile threat defence. As we continue to grow globally, we're building a continuous trust platform that protects every interaction across the customer journey. We're a global team with a startup mindset — moving fast, thinking big and empowering people to make an impact from day one. Led by CEO Gonzalo Alonso and an experienced leadership team, we're on a mission to make digital trust simple, secure and accessible. This role sits within our Pune office, the engineering and delivery heart of the Ditto authentication platform. The Role As Ditto continues to scale, we're looking for a senior Technical Program Manager who thinks and executes “stratactically” — strategic in framing, tactical in getting things done. This is a versatile, high-trust role that flexes across both external (customer-facing) and internal programmes. You'll land with customers and build credibility, get to the heart of escalations, drive process and operational improvements, and use data to guide conversations and decisions — bringing people along with you at every step, inside and outside the company. A meaningful part of your time may go into running a sizeable product implementation track, but that's one application of the role, not its definition. The essence of the job is applying this senior skillset wherever it creates the most leverage — internal or external. This is not a coordinator role: we're seeking someone technically grounded, business-aware and execution-focused, who creates clarity, momentum and predictability in a fast-paced environment. Where You'll Make an Impact In this role, you'll: Land with customers, build durable relationships, and run programme governance — kick-offs, cadence calls and steering updates — that keep them confident and well-informed. Own escalations end to end across delivery, product and live/production customers — get to root cause, mobilise the right people, and drive resolution while keeping stakeholders updated. Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies, drive them down before they impact delivery, and keep stakeholders informed ahead of time. Apply the same rigour across both customer implementations and internal programmes — building plans, sequencing work and driving outcomes wherever you're pointed. Prepare and present clear, concise weekly status updates to Sales, Solution Consulting and Leadership, covering progress, risks, blockers and next steps. Define, document and continuously improve how the team works — intake, planning, execution, quality gates and hand-offs — driving adoption of consistent, repeatable practice. Track and report the metrics that matter, turning data into insight that helps leadership make timely, informed decisions. Act as the bridge across Product Implementation, Sales, Solution Consulting, Engineering, Product, leadership and the customer — keeping everyone aligned and rowing in the same direction. Where assigned, own end-to-end delivery of a sizeable product implementation track — plans, milestones, scope and go-live readiness — working closely with Engineering. Actively use large language models and AI tools to accelerate reporting, documentation, planning and issue triage, championing their adoption across the team. Who You Are You're someone who: Thinks strategically and executes tactically — sets direction and personally drives it through to done. Thrives with a startup mindset — self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal guidance. Takes end-to-end ownership and accountability for outcomes, following through to the finish. Communicates clearly, translating technical complexity into simple, accurate updates for business and customer audiences. Builds bridges and brings people along — across Sales, Solution Consulting, Engineering, Product and customers. Is results-driven, focused on measurable outcomes and impact rather than activity, with a global mindset that adapts across cultures. What We're Looking For Ideally, you'll bring: 8–15 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in technical programme or project management delivering enterprise software or complex cross-functional programmes. A track record of operating across both customer-facing and internal programmes — not delivery execution alone — with proven success managing multiple concurrent engagements to on-time completion. Strong working understanding of software deployment — servers, integrations, environments, authentication configuration, security hardening, go-lives and version migrations. Fluency with data — able to build and present crisp, insight-led updates for customers, Sales, Solution Consulting and senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience), with an excellent grasp of SDLC, deployment lifecycles and agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with programme/project tools (e.g. Atlassian, Miro, MS tools) and excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences. Bonus Points It would be great if you also have: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Agile certification. Exposure to cybersecurity, authentication, identity or fraud-prevention products. Familiarity with cloud, hybrid and on-premises deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux-based server environments. Understanding of regulated-industry delivery (financial services, banking) and associated compliance expectations. Experience introducing or improving delivery and operational processes in a scaling or startup environment. What Success Looks Like In this role, you'll: Be recognised by customers as a credible, dependable senior point of contact who keeps programmes on track and expectations well-managed. Resolve escalations calmly and quickly, with root causes addressed and the right people mobilised at the right time. Bring visible order and repeatable process to previously ad hoc ways of working, adopted consistently across teams. Equip Sales, Solution Consulting and Leadership with the data and insight they need to make timely, confident decisions. Why Join Ditto Join a fast-growing, international team solving complex identity and security challenges for organisations around the world. You'll operate at the centre of both our customer relationships and our internal delivery engine, with real room to shape how we work as we scale. It's a senior, high-trust role with genuine breadth — you won't be boxed into a single track. We value ownership, curiosity and collaboration, giving our people the freedom to make decisions, challenge ideas and grow their careers — including hands-on experience applying large language models and AI tools to drive delivery and operational productivity — while helping build the future of digital trust.
