Senior Talent Acquisition Partner | Letterkenny | 2 days office 3 days wfh | 6–9 Month Contract

A leading global organisation is expanding its Talent Acquisition function and is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a 6–12 month contract, with strong potential for permanency. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Dublin City Centre.

This role will suit a commercially minded recruiter who enjoys operating as a trusted advisor to the business, managing complex hiring projects, and helping shape talent strategies across multiple business areas. Experience recruiting within technology, digital, engineering, data, or other specialist professional disciplines would be highly advantageous.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical and senior-level positions.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Drive high-quality intake meetings and challenge hiring assumptions where appropriate.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Champion an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Lead complex offer negotiations and act as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent availability.
• Utilise recruitment technology, data, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent initiatives, employer branding, diversity, and workforce planning projects.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience managing full-cycle recruitment across professional, specialist, or senior-level roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at leadership level.
• Experience recruiting within technology or other highly skilled talent markets is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering against challenging hiring targets and business objectives.
• Strong sourcing capability, including direct search and talent mapping techniques.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, consultative, and solutions-focused approach.
