Build and prioritize talent pipelines in advance of hiring demand, with emphasis on hard-to-fill disciplines and geographies. Develop sourcing strategies that extend beyond LinkedIn, including Boolean search, referrals, professional associations, competitor research, and geographic talent mapping. Identify and engage passive technical professionals through personalized, credible outreach, and maintain those relationships to support current and future hiring needs. Conduct thorough candidate screens assessing discipline and project experience, professional credentials, client exposure, leadership capability, career motivations, and compensation expectations. Present qualified, diverse candidate slates with clear recommendations and supporting market context. Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience and partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, compensation, and business leadership to maintain search momentum. Use recruiting data, including response rates, conversion, and pipeline health, to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and adjust your approach. Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system. What We're Looking For Five or more years of recruiting experience within AEC, engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or another technical industry. Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive, hard-to-find technical professionals across multiple disciplines, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, professional associations, and talent-market mapping. Ability to quickly understand technical roles and translate business requirements into focused search strategies. Experience building proactive talent pipelines, together with strong candidate assessment, relationship management, and offer-closing skills. Working knowledge of technical credentials such as PE, EIT, RA, LEED, CxA, and other discipline-specific certifications, or the ability to learn them quickly. Fluency with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing or talent-intelligence tools. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with strong organization and consistent follow-through. Sound judgment and the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions or recommend an alternative approach when market conditions warrant. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and maintain close working relationships with hiring managers across multiple time zones. You'll Be Successful Here If You You are genuinely interested in engineering and building systems, and you develop technical credibility with the professionals you recruit.
